For whom is the questionnaire?

The questionnaire is for employees of all age groups and professions as well as for university/college students. Please choose the right version before you start the questionnaire.

What is assessed by the questionnaire?

The questionnaire is a self-assessment tool that identifies important resources of employability and career success. The resources can be divided into four broad domains: (1) knowledge and skills; (2) motivation; (3) environment; and (4) activities. The four broad domains consist of 13 different components ( 12 different components for students). Further details can be found here.

What happens to my data and how do you guarantee data security?

Your data are treated strictly confidential and are not distributed to third parties. Your anonymous answers in the questionnaire can however be used by the research team at the University of Bern for scientific research on the Career Resources Questionnaire. Your data are saved on servers in Switzerland in some of the most secure datacenters in the world. All traffic between you and the servers is transferred via certified encryption.

How much does it cost to take the questionnaire?

Taking the questionnaire and a report of your results is free.

After login to the WorkWell platform of the University of Bern, we provide access to detailed information about each career resource. This includes also additional information on the background on each career resource as well as suggestions about activities to use and develop each resource more fully.

What additional information will I receive?

The Detailed Information gives you more background on each career resource, explains why each is important to achieve career success, and suggests activities to use and develop each resource more fully.

Can I use the questionnaire for my professional practice / in my company?

Yes, the questionnaire can be used in counseling services, for professional coachings, and for HR development activities. Clients can directly take the questionnaire on the Workwell Platform https://workwell.psy.unibe.ch/crq and forward the report with the test results to you.
